I'm going to open a support request tomorrow. Letting device manager attempt to update "automatically" says the same. Both Dell Command Update and Support Assist say that all drivers are up-to-date. Switch SATA controller to AHCI, as is also our standard. I've installed a fresh/clean copy of Win, our current standard. It is NOT missing!
